Image by Getty Images via @daylife If you have been watching the news you have heard that many Americans are losing their Unemployment Benefits. The government has cut a lot of folks off from getting benefits for being unemployed. The maximum number of weeks on unemployment I think is 16. The job market has not improved, and many Americans are now forced off the governmental aide that helps them stay afloat. The question is why has the Government decided to stop paying benefits to workers who are entitled to it. Has the Government ran out of money?Do we really have money to give out for unemployed workers? Our country is in debt, so where is the money coming from to pay unemployment benefits ? Also, why isn't the Government making so that people can get retrained for new industries that are hiring?
