Judicial System Recession

Is the judicial system in a recession? I like most folks have gotten my fair share of tickets in recent months and have found myself staring a judge in the face. Last week i was in a court room and noticed that there were a ton of people sitting in several rooms about to pay the judicial system several dollars to several hundred dollars for breaking the law. I thought to myself how the economy has been in a rut for several but it seems that the traffic courts are raking in millions of dollars daily. Many people in America have to pay a ticket a one point or another, but whats most amazing is that no one has every mention the judicial system being in a financial rut.

I think the that if the American economy wanted to bounce back from its low point to its high points that the judicial system should donate a portion of the money earned from all those unnecessary traffic tickets and handed over to the department of treasury to help bring down the deficit and stimulate the economy.
